Enabling scp on the devices with LMS4 scp server

In  LMS4 admin  guide, there are Cli commands to enable configuration archive on device when using SCP.

Is it necessary to implement those commands when LMS is configured as an SCP server ?

To configure local User name:

aaa new-model

aaa authentication login default local

aaa authentication enable default none

aaa authorization exec default local

username admin privilege 15 password 0 system

ip ssh authentication-retries 4

ip scp server enable

Yes.  Currently the SCP server is only used for certain SWIM workflows.  LMS 4.2 will introduce vlan.dat fetching via SCP, but that will still require SCP to be enabled on the devices for other config operations.
