Hi Angus,
It means RME vesrion 5.0..(This versin is availble with LMS 4.0)
Try upgarding the LMS 3.2 to LMS 3.2.1 ( I mean apply the service pack release for LMS 3.2)
here is the download link for 3.2.1:
for windows:
for solaris:
Try the EOS\EOL job after upgarding to LMS 3.2.1
I hope this will fix the issue

HI Afroj ,
When i am running the EOS/EOX or PSIRT report the job status is showing running but its not getting stoped .
I tried using the local option , downloaded the offline file from the below link and placed in
NMSROOT\files\rme\jobs\inventory\reports\EOX_PSIRT\local_xml
even then the job is running continuously its not stopping .
I have a RME version 4.3.0
Kindly let me know what i am doing is correct .

Hi Angus,
as of 16th of June 2011, the hosted services in Cisco.com that are being leveraged by LMS, for downloading the latest Software and Device Package updates, as well as the PSIRT and End of Sale/Life information, were being migrated to a new framework and the old services has been retired.
The following LMS functionalities were being affected because of the change:
1. Automated Software and Device Package Downloads
2. User driven Software and Device Package Downloads
3. PSIRT and End of Sale/Life reporting
4. PSIRT and End of Sale/Life off-line reports
In order to have a fix, you need to install the patch available on cisco.com. Please search for
cwcs33x-win-CSCto46927-0.zip (on Windows) or cwcs33x-sol-CSCto46927-0.tar (on Solaris). Please be aware that the patch in LMS 3.2 is applicable only in CS 3.3, so if your CS version is less you need to upgrade it for CS 3.3.
Once you install the patch, try to generate the EOL report one more time - the connectivity issue with cisco.com should be fixed. Please share your results with us afterwards.

HI Svetlana,
I have tried upgrading the patch cwcs33x-win-CSCto46927-0.zip . Once after the upgradation I am seeing the job is not getting failed or stop its continuously running for weeks .
The common service version is 3.3.0 .

Angus,
do you use a proxy to connect to cisco.com?
If not, please enable debug under RME -> Admin -> System Preferences -> Application Log Level Settings (select InvReports as Application and logging level DEBUG).
Stop the currect job, clean the contect of Invreports.log, run a new job for about 20-30 mins and posts the log file.

HI Svetlan ,
We are using the proxy server in the network .
Please find the debug output captured .
