Hi all,

I would like to erase all the username configured on devices (catalyst ), and put new one. But the problem is that I've got about 500 devices, with different username.

In the CLI (or with LMS) is there a command like "no username *all*" ?

thanks a lot

Using LMS, you can use RME -->Config Mgmt --> NetConfig --> NetConfig Jobs, create the job, select credential, and local username and follow the instructions on the screen when prompted.  Below is the documentation for creating netconfig job with RME 4.3:

Thanks for your answer,

I had seen it in RME, but I have to specify the username to be deleted.

In fact, I want to switch between a local identification to a radius authentification, and erase all the "local username" on all my devices which have different local "username". On several devices, for example, I've got "user1", on other "user2", and so on...

In RME, in the wizard, if I do not specify any username in the field "username", I've got an error popup with "username cannot be empty"...

Any other idea ?

Use the "adhoc" from Config Mgmt --> NetConfig --> Netconfig --Jobs -->  Group Tasks --> General --> "adhoc".  And enter the cli commands as if your doing it on the device itself.
