Error attempting to distribute image to switch - Prime Infrastructure

I'm trying to deploy an image to a switch (switch was successfully discovered by PI) and I receive the following error:

So my first obvious question is "Why is it trying to TELNET?".  The only reference to TELNET is in the "Config protocol order" section and I removed TELNET from that section allowing it to only use SSH.

This was an ID10T error.  Because of the crazy way you have to scroll through windows in PI I didn't realize that there was a whole bunch of other things I needed to click on when I created my SWIM Distribution job (including the checkbox labeled "Use ssh").
