Hello,
Can anyone please explain what this error code means? From the RME Portal page if we click on "CONFIG_CHANGE" to compare how a device configuration has changed we get the error "DCMA0055: CM0207 Could not get config analyzer implementation for $1 Cause: $2"
The only place I can find any reference to CM207 is here - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_resource_manager_essentials/4.0/user/guide/appa.html
However, there is no reference to the cause or how I can solve the issue. I've tried stoping/re-starting the Daemon Manager a few times but this has made no difference. We're running LMS3.2.1 on Windows 2003 Server.
Our individual app versions are: -
CiscoWorks Common Services 3.3.1
Campus Manager 5.2.2
CiscoView 6.1.9
CiscoWorks Assistant 1.2.0
Device Fault Manager 3.2.1
Internetwork Performance Monitor 4.2.1
Integration Utility 1.9.0
LMS Portal 1.2.1
Resource Manager Essentials 4.3.2
Any help greatfully recevied.

Did you ever get a solution to this?

I found a thread which recommended removing the files called "ctmregistry*". This seems to solve the issue 90% of the time but I have had the odd time where it hasn't worked so I've had to do it again. Usually the 2nd times solves the problem.
Basically, I now do this :-
* Shutdown Daemon Manager
* Remove ctmregistry* from NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/lib.
* Restart the Daemon Manager
From what I've read on the issue so far it appears to be a conflict between RME and the Windows Remote Management Service (tcp/47001).
The problem only seems to occur after the server has been rebooted so I just do the above to resolve the issue. It would be good to know a permanent fix though.

Hi,
Try the following steps , I hope thsi will take care of the issue:
Steps 1: + Stop the Daemon Manager net stop crmdmgtd Step2: +Go to NMSROOT\CSCOpx\databases\rmeng ( look for rme.log if Exist delete or you can take a backup as well)
Step 3: +on Command Prompt Browse to the above Directory (NMSROOT\CSCOpx\databases\rmeng) > dbsrv10.exe -f rmeng.db
Step 4: +Start the Daemon Manager : net start crmdmgtd
Thanks

Hi Afroz,
I'm afraid your solution didn't work for me. I had to revert to my solution of deleting the ctmregistry*.* files and then restart the server. This worked first time.

I run a daily Change Audit report - I came up against "DCMA0055: CM0207 Could not get config analyzer implementation for $1 Cause: $2" when trying to show configuration changes. I was able to recover by shutting down the Daemon Manager & rebooting the server. Everything was normal afterwards.
