Error in communicating with DCR server in CSM 4.2

Hi all,

Please help me in this problem.

I have installed CSM 4.2 and while trying for a device discovery it is showing the following error.

"Error in communicating with DCR server. DCR server may be down. Please start the DCR server and then start discovery"

I have tried restarting the CSM daemon and server itself. But still this error is coming. How to restart only DCR server?

I have attached the screenshot. Please help on this.

To restart only the DCR server you can use the following:

pdterm DCRServer

pdexec DCRServer

You could also attach a pdshow from your server.
