Hello,
I have been searching for an answer to this error in this forum but did not find useful answer for the question i have.
Running LMS 3.2. At the process lists IPMProcess and IPMOGSServer, it says "Administrator has shut down this process". Starting the processes manually did not help neither. To restart Daemon manager did not help. I have attached the ipmserver.log file hoping someone can help me.The ipmprocess.log file is empty.
Thanks in advance.

It looks like IPM may not be installed properly as the database name cannot be found. Try following the steps at https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-8796 to reinitialize the IPM database. If that does not work, you will probably have to uninstall and reinstall IPM to restore the database configuration.

Thanks for the reply. I will look for it. Before I can do that I think there is another issue in server information in LMS when running self-test.
Please see the information under. Is this a database or server crash issue? Thanks again.
