RME tries to set an object in the CISCO-FLASH-MIB to trigger a fetch of the config (e.g. via TFTP). That is failing. Without the full log, I cannot say what IP address RME is using, but make sure that the device can reach the RME server via the image transfer protocol. A sniffer trace of SNMP traffic from server to device when running the deployment job will show you exactly what object values are being set.
