The device in question is either explicitly suspended (i.e. you chose to suspend it from management operations) or the selected device type conflicts with the actual device type. The former can be checked under RME > Devices > Device Management > Suspended Devices. For the latter, you shoulgo to Common Services > Device and Credentials > Device Management, select the device in question, and set its type to UNKNOWN. Then run an RME Inventory Collection job to update the device type to the proper value.
