Hi Support,
I've installed Prime Network 4.3.2 clients, but when I loggin I received this error message:
org.nanode.launcher.cache.CacheError. This application will be closed.
I already update java to latested version 8, update 221 (build 1.8.0_221-b11)
Could you help with this?
Tks,

- Java 8 update 60 is installed on your computer. If not, download it from the Java download site: http://www.java.com .
Have a test with the above version of Java first.

- This is a bug ; the only option you have is to open a ticket at Cisco TAC.

Try to clean the Java JRE cache files and launch the client jnlp file again.
If the error persists, please open a TAC case.

To solve it at least on Win OS, you can open the client using the 'Run as administrator' option
