Failed status of a device in Archive Management

We are unable to bring up a failed device in Archive Management in RME.On clicking the failed device , the attached error message is seen.

This error indicates that you do not have a correct enable password entered for this device in DCR. Try re-entering the credentials under Common Services > Device and Credentials > Device Management.
