And

Number of aggregators: 1

Show me 1 port

How Force Used 2 ports In ether-Channel

Both ports already bundled in the Port-channel,

you need to configure port-channel load-balance to use both..

But BW still 1 interface

What platform is this? And what version of code is it running? Would you post the output of show interface status? Perhaps if you share details of the configuration we might get some insight into the issue.
