Global directory for polycoms from TMS

Hi,

I'm having trouble connecting a Polycom HDX 8000 with TMS using SIP. The problem is that the polycom is not loading the global directory when it is connected using SIP. However, it works perfectly fine with H.323. So my question now is, does TMS work fine with Polycoms with SIP? Is there anything I need to modify for it to work?

I'm seeing the same issue - TMS only sees the HDX's h323 settings. Pushing out SIP addresses through a manual phonebook goes into the IP address field and is dialled as H323. Disabling H323 stops anything going into the address book.
