Help required on Network monthly report

Hi Team , 

Can you please share your experience or advice on what information need to be provided to Management or client in Network Monthly reports . 

we have Solarwinds , Nagios , HP servicenow tools from which we can pull the reports . 

Please share your experiences here . What type information you provide and what is expected in that report . In which format you send that report to client . Any sample dashboard you can share ?

The tools mentioned all of them can do the job as you required.

its business to business changes, if the technical manangment they look deep technical report. if only business they look for availability of the report.
