Hello Everyone! I work for a Schneider Electric Building Automation. Im totally outside my element here thats why Im asking for help. We're setting up our ain servers using three Cisco SG350-28P switches to connect to five Phoenix Contact FL switches via fiber optic wires (BGIC transceivers) which in turn connected to our Building Automation System.
1. I have established that all of my fiber connections are good from the FL switches to the SG350s because I have LED indication at my FL switches. My issue is I dont have LED indicators on my fiber connections at my SG350s.
2. I have set up my three SG350S IP address to the same IP scheme as my BAS devices.
Any help is highly apprciated. Thank you.

I called the Phoenix Switch tech support and they said their switches uses LED for their fiber connection and Cisco may likely be using laser for their fiber connection. Is this true and if it is, is their a fix to this? The length of fiber connections varies from 200ft to maybe 400ft. Thanks

is the same SFP used on the SG350 switch, when you plug in to switch what log you see?
you can also view show interface x/x and post the output of SG350
if you are using noncisco product cisco splits with errors ( we need to confirm this ?)
