Hello,

the command:

show ip traffic interface <interface_name>

is probably the closest you get without using Netflow, SPAN, or any third party tools...

IPS means IP address ? or IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) ?

You can use tool to monitor session or span the port to look - some devices do support NBAR / NetFlow and Sflow you mentioned.

Its all device capabilities, Higher end product do support different features  in nexus to capture the traffic.
