How to capture packets on ASR9K and NCS5500 ?

I see monitor capture cli is not available in ASR9k and NCS5500

how to login to line card and so that to do tcpdump

I check using the show command, but how to save it as pcap file ? how to view the packets ?

any idea about login to linecard and do tcpdump ?
