How can I copy the complete router configurations from one router to another? Please explain on the basis of the following scenarios:

1. Both routers are of the same model.

2. Both are of different models (one may be Cisco, the other, Juniper).

Not very sure what you are asking, so I'll just answer on the best of my understanding of the question.

Part 1: Cisco to Cisco configuration copying. (assuming exactly identical)

Step 1: Copy the text output of "show run" on the router you intend to copy from (Router 1)

Step 2: Plug into Router 2 and go into global config mode.

Step 3: Copy the configurations you got from Router 1and paste it into router 2

*Note - Partial copying is recommended (10 to 15 lines in one instance) just to ensure all commands are entered correctly.  Some configuration may require activation of other commands.

Part 2: Cisco to Others

You can't really do a direct copying.  You'd need to understand what you have in the Cisco Router and try and translate it over to Juniper JUNOS (based on the example that you had listed)
