Hi,

Suppose I have a customer who doesn't know which CW bundle he has, how do I find out from the components installed?

From the CW web console, I can determine the following components are installed:

- Inventory Manager 3.2

- ANI 3.2

- Availability Manager 3.1

- Campus Manager 3.0

- Cisco View 5.2

- Resource Manager Essentials 3.2

Pls help :)

Hi Dany,

try the following link:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/cw2000_b/lms/index.htm

Klick the links for the different LMS-Versions and then have a look into the readme-first docs for the End-of-Sale products and the Quick-start Guide for the actual versions.

Hope this hint helps.

Regards,

Frank

Hi Frank,

Thanks for the info. I figured it's LMS 1.0.

Best Regards,

Dany

The following link also works well with Frank's for determining the bundle version. It looks like your customer is running LMS bundle version 1.0 - Also, known as CiscoWorks 3rd edition amongst other things ...

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/cw2000_compatmatrix.html

There are so many different components and application versions it can be difficult to keep up ;-)

Hope this helps also
