how to enable SSH service on ACS 5.5

Hi All,

I am using a ACS 5.5, i can manage the Appliance using WEB-GUI. Now i am planning to upgrade the firmware. Did any one knows how to enable SSH service on WEB-GUI console.

Hi,

You have to do this from the console. You cannot enable ssh from the gui. Login to the console  and enable ssh using the "service sshd enable"

I have tried that, i am unable to get into CLI using my GUI password. Can you share me the procedure to configure user name & password for CLI please.

Hi,

When you installed the ACS, you configure a password for the console admin account. This is the account you use to login.
