How to manage the MPLS L3VPN of Catalyst 9500

We want to use the Catalyst 9500 switch to build a MPLS network, and also want a management system to manage the network. I want to know can we use EPNM to deploy and manage the MPLS L3VPN for Catalyst 9500.
