How to use EEM to monitor 6509 FWSM module

I have a 6509E+VS720, running version ios 15.1(1), I think when firewall module Online Diag Status is unknow,EEM can automatic shutdown vlan2, excuse me how should I do? appreciate!!

Is there some syslog event that usually happens when the module goes into "Other"?

If we can identify such a syslog event, that can be used as a trigger for the EEM applet.

If we can't find such a trigger, we can try and monitor that periodically... What IOS version do you have on this device?

I understand syslog can do it，But different crash way may appear different syslog, syslog sometimes can not very accurate reflection of the module fault。
