Thank you for the answer
i found the problem. Yesterday after the post
i had disabled the electrical supply on the port
Gi1/0/26 auto off 0.0 n/a n/a 30.0
And i had received a:
%SPANTREE-2-BLOCK_BPDUGUARD: Received BPDU on port Gi1/0/26 with BPDU Guard enabled. Disabling port.
Nov 24 14:00:50: %PM-4-ERR_DISABLE: bpduguard error detected on Gi1/0/26, putting Gi1/0/26 in err-disable state
After this i went on the interested area
The user make a loop with the rj45 outline of the ip/phone on another point of connection.
Users can be very dangerous! :D
Only for the case study i have test the cable like you had required:
Interface Speed Local pair Pair length Remote pair Pair status
--------- ----- ---------- ------------------ ----------- --------------------
Gi1/0/26 100M Pair A N/A Pair B Normal
Pair B N/A Pair A Normal
Pair C N/A Pair D Normal
Pair D N/A Pair C Normal
now all it's ok
Gi1/0/26 disponibile notconnect 200 full 100 10/100/1000BaseTX
Gi1/0/26 auto on 4.0 Ieee PD 1 30.0
