Hi,
I want to install Technology Package 1.0.3 to Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.3 to 3.0, but this requires the upgrade of the Prime to version 3.0.2. The binaries of this version doesn't exist inside Cisco Downloads site. is there any way to download 3.0.2?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Cisco would prefer you to upgrade to a more current PI 3.x release first. (3.4 is the current release.)
If you really cannot do that, you can open a TAC case and request a Special File Publish (SFP) for release 3.0.2. They should grant you that access as long as 3.0.2 wasn't explicitly deferred (usually something that's done due either to critical vulnerabilities or instability).
