Installing Configuration Professional on Windows XP SP 3

Hi all,

The newly-released Configuration Professional is compatible with XP SP 2 and Vista, but throws and error if I try to install it on SP 3. Is there any workaround? If not, will there be an SP3-compatible version released soon?

Thanks,

- Steve

Configuration professional is compatible with XP SP3 also.Might be a some problem in configuration.

Here is the configuration and installation guide for the follow the URL :

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, but when I execute Cisco-config-pro-k9-1_0-en.exe on my Windows XP SP3 computer, an InstallShield Wizard box pops up saying "Cisco Configuration Professional should only be installed on supported platforms: Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Windows Vista." When I click "OK" the installation quits.

Thanks,

- Steve
