IOS roll-out to access switches in Prime 3.4

Has anyone gone thru the use of Prime to rollout/upgrade ios access layer switches en masse ?  What is the procedure or documentation for such ?

I try to avoid using automation to upgrade >900 switches. I'd rather do the upgrade individually so I will know if anything is wrong.
By the way, give me four days and I can upgrade between 900 to 1200 switches.
