I tried uploading an IOS image on my router though TFTP and i got the following error message: " ip_sanity_check: ip fragment, rejected. tftp_service_timeout: CONNECT RETRY! retry=17. tftp_process_packet: received OACK. tftp_process_packet: Change blksize to 1400. ip_sanity_check: ip fragment, rejected. ip_sanity_check: ip fragment, rejected " I'm not aware of any IP sanity check configuration on the router, what could be the problem?

It could be a layer 1 issues with the cables  or maybe the TFTP server.

Have you tried to copy something to another device to check if it is successful ?

You may want to check if it is the TFTP server which is causing issue. Just to see if this is the TFTP, try to copy a empty file on the flash: and see if the error comes.

Using a different tftp server may be helpful.
