IP phone Hanging issue

Hello,

 

I am facing some issue in network and i have Sonicwall NSA 3650 Firewall to Cisco 550X core connection then core to Access Switch( Cisco SG300 one and 4 Netgear GS724), Now suddenly my phones are going to hanged in when we users not working and i have to restart my Core Switch and all phones start working.

We have single drop of each user desk to IP phone and user laptop or desktop connected with IP phones.

 

Please help me why my phones is going to down every day and getting high latency in Switch.

 - Check the logs on all involved devices when this happens, if possible use a syslog-server as a central log-collector. How are the phones authenticated on the network ?
