Hello,

ip sla command is not available in cisco 2901 router for below specifications 

• Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.4(3)M3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

• System image file is "flash0:c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M3.bin

Please can anyone tell me how can we enable the ip sla feature.

Install an ipservices or other enhanced license.  The ipbase license only has the IP SLA responder.
