IPM 2.6 and router 2811

I ve LMS 2.5 and IPM 2.6. I ve updated LMS last Service pack. I ve update software device with rtr file rtr2800. But i stil can't add a 2811 as a source in IPM. message is Not a know entity. In log file ipmlogger.log code retour is SNMP=2. Someone has an advice for me?

hi...

for IPM to work router IOS should support SAA (service assurance agent) so please make sure whether your router IOS has this feature;(SAA support)

and check whether the router you are trying to add as a source collector is already managed by RME,if not add that router to RME,then try IPM

and please make sure your snmp community strings are properly configured and check anything is blocking SNMP traffic between server and routers..
