java.lang.NullPointerException in CiscoView

Hi all,

using CiscoView with a 2950 trying to configure a port results in a java.lang.NullPointerException. Doing the same on a 2960 works fine.

I already deleted and reinstalled Version 6 of Cat2950 package but it didn't solve the issue.

What can I do?

What version of code are you running on the 2950? What version of CiscoView?

Hi,

acutally the versions are the following:

LMS 2.5

CiscoView 6.1.4

CV Package cat2950 v6.0

Device cat295048g (C2950-I6Q4L2-M)

IOS 12.1(6)EA2a

Chasis -> Configure works fine.

Port -> Configure gets Failed to create dialog due to java.lang.NullPointerException

Port -> Monitro works fine

From what I can see the CiscoView package supports the 2950 if it runs 12.1(19)EA1 or later.
