Jobs not starting in Prime Infrastructure 3.9

Hi everyone,

the issue is not new - some jobs have a next-start date in the past. This is effects also system poller jobs, which cannot be restarted/-scheduled.

Do someone know which logfile to look at to get some information what might be the root-cause? jobManager.log just shows details about jobs that did run, not the ones that did not Or should I directly open a TacCase and leave it to the Pros?

 If you can open a tac,  why not?

But, if can try to dig by yoursefl, you can search in  /opt/CSCOlumos/logs/ using the shell mode.

Did you get any response from TAC or solution? I have an open case but searching for more info. I noticed that all the network devices have status = PING REACHABLE when the jobs do not run so a manual sync is required but obviously we do not want that.
