JRM Server error in LMS 3.2.1

Upon trying to perform device discovery in LMS 3.2.1, we encountered this error stating "Cannot communicate with JRM Server." I have attached the screenshot

Hi,

Kindly send me the below information:

--output of pdshow

--jrm.log and CTMJrmServer.log (Loation:NMSROOT\CSCOpx\log)

--stdout.log (NMSROOT\CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\logs)

--Is  Cisco works Integrated with ACS ?

In the meantime try the below stesp and check how it works:

shutdown the daemon Manager (net stop crmdmgtd)

then remove ctmregistry* from NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/lib. Then

start daemon Manager (net start crmdmgtd)
