Keep alive configuration on nexus 9k

Can I configure keepalive between 4 nexus switches?

keepalive between two vPC peer, why you want keepalive between four NSK ?

We are planning to migrate 7k to 9k switch and the customer isn't giving a down time for that issue is some servers are teamed and connected to the existing 7k switches. so planning to keep on link on the existing core and one on the new core switch

I dont exactly know but 
you mention Server is team, meaning the Server have link to two N7K, 
so 
you can remove one N7k and the server will still UP and use second one, 
replace the N7K with N9K, after config vPC 
then remove the second N7K, here the Server will use N9K, replace it with new N9K. 
but my idea must be full check the 
feature and compatible between N7K and N9K. 
friend you looking for Zero down time, so please review many times any answer to your post include my answer many times before apply it.

Yes we have already made this plan but there are few questions which we are still trying to figure out and answer the customer. like the one about keep alive and vPC.
