LMS 2.2: Requirements for Common Services SP3

Hi all

I am in the process of patching my LMS/RME server and I would like to clarify the requirement

In 'applications and versions', I have the following patches listed:

- CiscoWorks Common Services with SP2

- Resource Manager Essentials with Update 1

- RME3_5_IDU-5_0

The bring my server up-to-date, I was going to install the following:

Common Services SP 3, then RME IDU 8.0, then RME IDU 12.0 (I just noticed lms25_may2005_update is available, so I may install this also ...)

The questions is, do I already have the pre-requisites installed for SP 3 ?

SP 3 states that it requires LMS update 1, however, I do not know whether this is already installed. Is RME update 1 the same thing ? Or maybe, SP 2 has this update incorporated into it ...

Can anyone clarify this ?

I have checked the install logs, but saw no clues. Also, I can't find SP 2 anywhere, so I can't check the readme for that patch !

Do not install lms25_may2005_update as this is for LMS 2.5, and you are running LMS 2.2

After installing LMS 2.2 Update 1, you will see in your Applications and Versions Common Services 2.2 with sp2 listed. It looks like you already have the pre-requisites installed.

In any case, try installing in the following sequence;

RME 3.5 IDU 8.0

CS 2.2 SP3

RME 3.5 IDU 12.0
