lms 2.5 dead afther reboot win2003 server!!!

We installed lms 2.5 on a win2003 server. All applications from bundle worked fine. After rebooting the server it is impossible to start the cw-deamon manager. This happend 2 times. I did a reinstallation, made backup from database, but now it happened again.

Anybody who can help: same problem or known bugs or so?

I tried to start the service ofcourse manually, also from commandline. I can still start manually all other cw... processes!

stop all the services that you started, open a dos shell, cd to CSCOpx\setup\support and issue the command:

resetcasuser

next, try the command:

net start crmdmgtd
