LMS 2.5 RME TOC

Hi We have installed LMS 2.5.

We are not able to view TOC(Table of Contents of RME(4.0.3). Please suggest

Hi,

Are you referring to 'dbreader'? This is not recommended as you can potentially break CiscoWorks.

If you forgot the database password here is the way that you can change it.

Windows:

1. net stop crmdmgtd
2. ..\CSCOpx\bin\perl dbpasswd.pl dsn=rme encryption=yes npwd=
3. net start crmdmgtd

Solaris:

1. #/etc/init.d/dmgtd stop
2. opt/CSCOpx/bin/dbpasswd.pl dsn=rme encryption=yes npwd=
3. #/etc/init.d/dmgtd start

In GUI we are not able to view table of contents of RME
