lms 3.2.1 contract connetion report says I don't have any contracts

*lms 3.2 sp1 (3.2.1) on a windows server

*I use a proxy to get out to cco

*I logged onto cco, and I do indeed have registered contracts

rme->reports->report generator->contract connection->report based on contract

It then prompts for cco creds and proxy creds, I put them in, click OK, the the message below appears:

CCX0005:You do not have Cisco Services contracts registered to your Cisco.com  user ID. Register your contracts with the Cisco Service Contract Center and try  again. For more information, refer to Contract Connection FAQ in the Appendix of  User Guide for Resource Manager Essentials

any suggestions?

You may get more detail by enabling debug logging for Contract Connection.

RME > Admin > System Preferences > Application Log Level Settings
Set ContractConnection to Debug

Retry then check the log at NMSROOT\log\contractcon.log


...don't forget to turn off Debug when finished
