LMS 3.2 - Campus Manager 5.2.1 - Data Collection not working

Hi all,

I'm running LMS 3.2 on a Windows 2003 Server Enterprise box. I've recently upgraded Campus Manager to version 5.2.1 and have noticed strange behavior with Data Collection. After a server reboot, I can perform data collection successfully once. After that, whenever I try to perform another data collection, the status under the Start Data Collection remains Idle.

Not sure where to start with this. I've included the ani.log and ANIServer.log for reference.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've opened a tac case if you'd like to reference it (SR 612905903)

Thanks! I saw your post to Joe Clarke about the same issue so I'll go the route of the TAC case.

yes, received a patch from TAC. they said 5.2.2 would fix it, but it's not out yet...
