Hi,

Why does the Failed devices count increases after each unsuccessful archive sync? Is it a display issue?

Its to indicate that you have 5 devices that failed to get their archives and should address the issue by fixing the credentials since its reporting authentication failed.

But it's the same device that failed. Entries are repeated and counted as though they were different devices.
