LMS 3.2: Group configuration

Hi,

Customer has LMS 3.1 on windows which has many group created on CS.

He has upgraded to LMS 3.2 but we have some issue with package installation (device not supported even if lms has the package, a SR is opened at TAC).

I would like to know if it's possible to install from crash LMS 3.2 and recover group configuration, does the configuration group is available in a file ?

Hi Elisabeth,

the group configuration is stored in cmf database: CampusOgsGroupPropertiesTable and CSOgsGroupPropertiesTable. You could try to upload the data to a file from one server and then load the table from a file on another server. It should work I think, but never tried.
