LMS 3.2: inventory jobs don't work when device state is pre-load

Hi,

We must make test on inventory report for our end-customer.

We have backup customer database.

We have installed same LMS version like customer  on our lab.

We tried to generate Inventory report but it fail : message INVREP0063: the selectedd devices ... see screnshoot.

All devices are on preload state.

Is there a way to generate inventory repport when devices are unreachable ?

Update all the AVAILABLE device pacakges and check the issue again
