LMS 3.2 Netconfig Not Attempted

Hi,

We have LMS 3.2 in production. Some new devices have been discovered and added to the DCR. The config backup for these devices are working fine.

The Net config jobs are giving the output as " Not attempted".

what could be the reason for this.

The same user name and password is working from a terminal emulation software on LMS system.

Please try updating the all the Available device Packages under RME , I hope that should fix the issue

Please try to re-submit all the devices in RME and try again. You can re-submit device from :

RME > Device > Device Management > Normal Devices.

No the resubmission didnt work. Also I tried deleting the device from RME and adding it back

, tried re- inventory collection - nothing helped.

Also with regards to package update, the existing devices of the same model are working for the netconfig.

what is the RME version ?

Concentrate on a single failing device which shows Not Attempted. This should only happen when there is a issue with credentials or ports.

Please check one failing device if it has correct credentials, no traffic/ports blocked by FW and then post screenshot if it fails.
