LMS 3.2 on Solarios 10 - How to Decomm a device without removing it

Hi All,

I have a situation where we are decommissioning several switches. After the devices are gone I'd still like to keep their information and archived config for documentation purposes but I'd like that RME and DFM would stop processing them.

Is there a way to do that?

Hi Jose ,

If you do not DELETE  the Device  from Cisco works then you would be able to get the configuration of the Device from cisco works even if the Device is no longer in your network.

And to make RME and DFM to stop processing you can suspend the device in RME, in DFM you have to stop the auto allocation, then you can delete a device just in DFM
