LMS 3.2 RME4.3 telnet access issue

I have searched the posts and tried various things but cannot come up with a solution.

I cannot get RME to acknowledge new credentials set in tacacs+. Campus sees them when I attempt Management Station to Device but all modules in RME do not. Cannot run Archive, Software, Netshow.

Have verified credentials in export. tacacs not logging errors against username and I am remote so don't have sniffer.

Any help would be so great about right now.

Hi Joe!

Guess what! The new ACS server has a "customized prompt". I didn't realize that was what that meant.

The prompt is: username:

HAHA The old ACS server is: Username:

I haven't fixed it yet because I wanted to ask this. If I change the tacacsprompt.ini file to reflect the different prompt, can I add both of them and do they look like this?

USERNAME_PROMPT=username:,Username:,login as: <-do I put the actual username and Username here

PASSWORD_PROMPT=password:,Password: <- and the actual password and Password
