LMS 3.2 - Syslog messages not displayed in syslog reports

Hi,

I have the following problem on LMS 3.2 on Windows 2003 Server R2 SP2.

When I generate an RME Syslog report, I get the result : "No Data available".

The devices are properly configured to logg messages to the LMS Server.

Syslog messages are received by LMS since I can see syslog messages in the file NMSROOT/log/syslog.log

What can I do to see those messages shown up in syslog reports ??

Post the output of the pdshow command, a screenshot of RME > Tools > Syslog > Collector Settings, a screenshot of RME > Tools > Syslog > Filter Settings, the SyslogCollector.log, and the AnalyzerDebug.log.
