The upgrade from LMS 3.2 to 4.x is not free. Even with Smartnet support, LMS major release upgrades are not included. You will need to purchase an upgrade. The product number depends on how many devices you are managing. Please refer to Table 6 in the product bulletin for details.
Once you have the upgrade media and new license key, you will need to follow the procedure for backing up your existing data, installing LMS 4.1 and then restoring your data onto the new installation.
As always, be very careful to follow installation procedures exactly. LMS has a lot of components and dependencies. If the installation prerequisites are not met or anything is done incorrectly, you may end up with an unsuccessful installation that is difficult to troubleshoot.
