There has to be a script which should be able to do this and there is no place in Ciscoworks which can run an external script to do this task, except Automated actions for Syslogs, which does not fulfills our requirement for now.
I guess it will be much easier to have one custom script and schedule it using OS scheduled Tasks. You can try Perl Script on server or BAT for Windows OS or Shell for Solaris.
I have seen some customer's running thier custom made scripts to do this task easily.
