Hi,
The customer has hardware that is not supported by LMS 4.0. This will be displayed as a question mark. They have requested to change the unknown device icon from question mark to a generic icon, just colored rectangle.
I have replaced the files in the htdocs folder, cleared the client Java cache, browser cache, it is still displayed as an icon.
Any help to make my icons display?
