Hi,

I have a problem when doing this report. If I do a device credentials report on a user defined group (40 devices) 11 of these devices
fails to connect via SSH. I can make an SSH connection to all 11 devices from the CiscoWorks server, but 11 devices still fails on the report

I have the same problem.  Anyone seen this and resolved this issue?

I actually found out what the problem was. It was wrong SSH version. I had several switches of the same model. All of them was using SSH version 2, but for an unknown reason SSH version was wrong for some of the switches. Try setting SSH version to version 1 and the back to version 2. If you debug SSH connection to the switch you will see that SSh version is wrong

Rgds,
